Shipping & Delivery
All the packages we are to send by e-express mail with tracking# provided that is not required signature. If you don’t have mailbox, please kindly contact us in first before order placement so that we can align the posting arrangement ahead. If you didn’t receive packages in 3 weeks, please kindly contact your Post Office directly to obtain the status and email us if any further query. All packages undelivered in 30 days will be returned to Hong Kong. We will only refund you the order amount except the postage fee and US$5 packaging fee due to unclaimed.
Due to tariff issue with USA, we will send all packages thru DealerSend and absorb the tariff by ourselves except those far locations or bulk items likes Anya Hindmarch bag we can't accept order presently until Hong Kong Post Office resumed the mailing service. Those far locations are PR, HI and AK.
For all other countries, the buyer will need to take care of any VAT or duty imposed by their Customs. Our prices are only covered the postal service based on C&F. Please kindly provide us the shipping instruction if any in prior to shipping so that we can try to comply for avoid any customs issue.
Due to uncertain handling with destination Customs or Post Office, we will not ship to the following countries unless customer got reliable logistics agent to handle the shipping:

We will update the shipping policy from time to time based on latest situation with respective policy with destination countries against the time of order placement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Any order cancellation after finish of packaging, we will apply cancellation fee at US$5. No order cancellation will be accepted for product with personalized name service once it’s done.
Returns & Refunds
If any packages received with damage or missing parts, we would need photo to be provided within the day of receipt for the claim and discussion of return/reimbursement. If the items are from Log-on and Traveler's Company, the return policy would subject to their policy.
For protect customer interest and ensure the product quality, we will only accept returns due to damage or factory defects. No return is accepted due to personal interest or non-expectation.
NO RETURN will be accepted after 3 days of receipt.
